Ingredients:-

  • ½ cup chopped spinach.
  • ½ cup chopped onions.
  • 2 chopped green chilies.
  • 1 TSP Oil.
  • Salt according to your taste.
  • Paper powder
  • ¼ cup white sauce.
  • Mushrooms
  • 2 TSP butter
  • 2 TSP cheese

Method:-

  • Put the spinach onion and green chilies in a microwave bowl and microwave them for 2 minutes on high.
  • Put the oil in another microwave bowl and heat them in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  • Now add all mixture salt paper and white sauce mix them properly and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  • Divide the stuffing into a small equal portion.
  • Cut the stems from mushrooms.
  • Wash mushrooms cap properly.
  • Now stuff each cup with the mixture above prepared.
  • Spread cheese on the top of mushrooms.
  • Put the butter in a bowl and microwave for 15 seconds.
  • Put stuffed mushrooms in the dish and spread 1 TBSP water on the top.
  • Cover them and microwave on high for 4 minutes.
  • Now yummy stuffed mushroom is ready to eat serve and enjoy.

Grilled mushrooms are one of my favourites. They have a unique flavour. The method is very easy. You should grill your mushrooms in the microwave to heat a unique flavour as well.

So let’s start:

Ingredients:-

  • 200 gms mushrooms.
  • 2 onion
  • 1 capsicum.
  • 2 tomato.
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder.
  • Salt according to taste.
  • 2 tsp oil.
  • 2tsp curd.
  • 2tsp ginger/garlic paste.
  • 1/2tsp crushed to powder.

METHOD

  1. Take the microwave bowl.
  2. Put the curd, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, ginger, and garlic paste, and crushed chilli powder in a bowl. Mix then well.
  3. Now cut mushrooms tomato and onion in sliced.
  4. Put all veggies in a bowl the above paste on the vegies.
  5. Now spread them in a microwave plate in a single layer.
  6. Grill them at 180c for 12-15 minutes. Grilled mushroom is ready to serve them.
